To provide and operate the Service and generate your Outputs; manage your account, subscription, and payments; provide support; maintain security and prevent abuse; develop and improve the Service; and comply with law.
We may use your conversations, prompts, uploads, and Outputs to operate, analyze, develop, and improve the Service and our related products and business purposes, including to train, fine-tune, and improve the features and systems we use to provide it.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as model, payment, hosting, and analytics providers), under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you and use or share it for any purpose; such information is not personal information.
We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations in Settings, or request full account deletion at quantesta@quantesta.com; we delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons or in de-identified form.
Depending on your state (e.g., California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and opt out of its sale or sharing (which we do not do). Contact quantesta@quantesta.com; we will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, and understand usage. You can control them through your browser.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is completely secure. Your information is processed in the United States and where our providers operate.
